Preorders, Reservations and Special Orders

Our Wizards pride themselves in the simplicty of our award winning preorder program: just let us know what you want, and we'll let you know when it gets here. No need to check-in, pre-pay, or stress: we'll contact you via text, email, phone or Facebook Messenger (your preference) once your item arrives.

Allocations

Sometimes, demand for an item far exceeds supply. This usually happens when an item is produced in limited quantities, is conditionally granted by a supplier, surges in popularity, or when a publisher significantly underestimates demand. In these cases, items will be allocated in the following proportion:

  • Reservations: 60% of received quantities, allocated based on the following priority list:
    1. Existing and active customers.
    2. New customers.
    3. Date of request.
    4. Existing but lapsed customers.
  • XP Loyalty Rewards Program: 20% of received quantities reserved under the loyalty program. Customers that have not been awarded an allocation can pick up the item free of charge by redeeming their XPs.
  • Raffle: 10% of received quantities allocated by random drawing among customers on the reservation list.
  • Online Sales: 10% of received quantities reserved for online customers.

Customers that are awarded an allocation will be notified via text, phone, email or Facebook Messenger based on the customer's stated preference. The allocation process begins once the items have been physically received in our shop, and all discrepancies and any damages are accounted for.

Similo: Animals

Similo is a co-operative deduction game, and each version of the game — e.g., Fables, History, Myths — comes with a deck of thirty cards, beautifully illustrated by Naïade, showing the portrait and the name of a series of characters with a common theme.

Your goal is to make the other players guess one secret character (out of the twelve characters on display in the middle of the table) by playing other character cards from your hand as clues, stating whether they are similar to or different from the secret character. After each turn, the other players must remove one or more characters from the table until only the right one remains and you win — or it is removed and you lose!

You can play with one of the Similo sets on its own, using the cards from, say, Fables both for the characters being laid out and for the clues being given to the guessers, or you can use the cards from one set for the twelve characters on display and the cards from another set as the clues. The game is far trickier this way!

Similo: Spookies

Each version of Similo comes with a deck of 30 big cards beautifully illustrated by NaÏade, showing the portrait and the name of a series of characters with a common theme. In Similo: Spookies you will play with the creatures of the horror world! The Clue Giver must lead the Guessers to identify one Secret Character by playing other character cards from his hand as clues, stating whether they are similar to or different from the Secret Character.

For example, the Clue Giver must lead the Guessers to identify the Ghost. They could play the Banshee vertically, to imply that the Secret Character is a spirit, is shrieking, or has its mouth open. Or, they might play the Wicked Clown horizontally to point out that the Secret Character is not a modern character, is not fictional, or has not vivid colors… it will be up to the Guessers to understand what the Clue Giver is trying to suggest!

Campy Creatures

Players are mad scientists in need of precious mortals for future experiments. Rather than getting your hands dirty, your army of campy creatures awaits to do your bidding. Capture the most valuable mortals over the course of three nights to win. But be warned — the mortals won't go down without a fight.

Campy Creatures is a ghoulish game of bluffing, deduction, and set collection for 2-5 players. Players begin each round with the same hand of creatures. Their goal is to capture valuable mortals by outguessing their opponents with the creatures they play. Each player has perfect information at the start, so knowing what a person might do in a particular situation is key.

Mansters is a tabletop roleplaying game that uses caustic wit and humor to reveal certain dark blots of the real world. At the same time, it shows how these dissonant aspects of our daily life are perceived by our hero-protagonists, which are none other than the monsters!

Throughout the game there may be instances where the players will come face-to-face with situations that they may be going through in their real lives. (We are not seeking to burden our player with reminders of the problems of day-to-day life in their leisure time. On the contrary, we seek to present some of these problems in a pleasant and entertaining way, pushing these fantastical characters to find solutions for them). And who knows, maybe with this approach, the players will be motivated to try to confront similar situations in their lives in the same calm and humorous way.
